Schools and Teachers in Architecture & Design (5)

CAF offers short classes on diverse aspects of architecture and city design to encourage people to appreciate Chicago's architecture and built environment. Subjects range from the topical to the historical, from aesthetics to science. Formats include lectures, tours, seminars, and workshops, all led by design professionals and academics. Archeworks, founded by architect Stanley Tigerman and designer Eva Maddox, is Chicago's multidisciplinary alternative design school. At Archeworks students engage in socially and environmentally responsible design projects in team-working environments.
