The Chopping Block Cooking School offers cooking classes to all levels of home cooks, on subjects ranging from ethnic cooking, entertaining, knife skills, wine tasting, wine and food pairing, baking, and more. Our retail store carries professional, gourmet, and antique cookware and bakeware, and a wide range of ethnic and gourmet ingredients to complement our curriculum. Our classes are intimate and interactive, are limited to 16 students, and are taught by professional chefs.
